I always find photos of sculpture interesting - especially when it’s not for documentation purposes. Here I am trying to make an interesting photo with a subject matter that is, in and of itself, an exceptional piece of art. I just find that to be a really bizarre concept.
Baltimore’s Inner Harbor is one of our favorite places to visit. It also happens to be one of my favorite sources for my photographic works. Many of the shots in my gallery are from Baltimore. This happens to be a night-time shot of the world famous Baltimore Aquarium. This is not one of my best shots, but I am drawn to this photo because it was one of my first long-exposure attempts with this camera.
PS - this is an old shot taken back in October, 2007.
