These Pillars are all over Havertown (Haverford Township, Pennsylvania).  They mark most of the old original streets, circa the 1920s.

These are the 8″ cannons of the USS Constellation, the last Civil War era ship still afloat.  It was commissioned in 1854 and decommissioned in 1933.  It has 25 guns in all.

A classically styled luminaire at the main entrance of Vasey Hall on the Villanova University Campus.

This is a young Shagbark Hickory that I found in Connecticut early in the spring.  Even at a young age, this tree’s characteristic bark is incredibly appealing.
