I’ve been in a bit of a slump lately.  Part of it has to do with the fact that my time has been filled helping to raise my daughter through the first months of her life.  But in my spare time, I havn’t been really efficient with my camera.  Lets just say that the shots I have been taking seem uninspired, to me.

So as I’m sitting here lamenting that fact, I am suddenly drawn to my other artistic passion:  Music.

As a challenge to myself, I have decided that I am going to try to experiment with music-inspired photos.  I’m envisioning some abstract concepts, but I have other ideas as well.  As I said, time is limited, but I will make an effort to hold to this goal over the next several weeks.

Of course I’m sharing this with you partially to keep myself on task, but also because you may find the concept inspirational as well.  If you follow-through with this challenge, please send me copies or links to your gallery and I will make sure to post them for everyone to see.
